Cabbagetown Fall Festival: Stuff for 'Little Kids'
Festival Album Pages: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5

There was plenty for the kids to do and see, and some activities not seen at other Festivals this summer.

One interesting activity was the rock climbing, complete with safety harness and a crash-course of instruction. The climbing structure was over 25 feet tall, and looked about twice that to the kids.

Once they were safely tied-on, even the most 'timid' little one would give this a try. Great idea!

There was a great 3-Wheel track, and the kids could not get enough of it! This was also a great way for the Moms and Dads to get a little rest, or sneak off to get a beverage.

Once activity was not for the kids to do, but rather for everyone to see. This was the guy on the 14 foot Uni-Cycle. He set it up really well. He had 3 guys from the audience hold the Unicycle still while he climbed on their bodies and mounted the cycle.

You could see how hard it was for the guys to hold it straight, and they were feeling a LOT of pressure because the Uni-Cycle guy was telling them that if they didn't hold him right, he would come crashing down! Once they let go, it was clear that he had no problem navigating.
